This is a brilliant decode, SS. Look at the sentencing - 45 years. And 15 for disseminating messages in the media. Looks like some people are going to jail. Kind of makes me think of Kamala going on about "Root Causes." This plan really does address the root causes, so that's interesting.
This is really good news for us here in South Texas. I'm never afraid to go out and about, and I've never had any trouble myself, but we know these gangs are here and always keep our eyes open for trouble. I guess that's a good idea for anyone.

I agree with the comms except I don't think its a message from the Deep state, I think it's a message from the white hats to Holly wierds friends in power at the Mexican Mafia connected to MS-13. Speaking "the language of power" in symbols and acts to say yup its about to go down.

They did so well that the DS had to scramble to rush in replacements. Do you remember those huge waves of people that began marching to the US in 2018?

El Salvador's government wiping out MS-13 and Barrio in a massive slap down is devastating to the DS. They won't have a way to silence or get rid of witnesses anymore. Fear is essentially to keeping their power.

If you go to this post you'll see a picture of a woman holding a cell phone with a message.
Q says "The face is never the author".
Meaning the ones who visibly send the message are not the ones who wrote the message. There are already many who say the Will Smith and Chris Rock bit was staged for ratings. Even if you don't believe in comms, someone wrote that whole thing. It was an act by actors. A publicity stunt.
But many of these can be used to send messages. The actors may not have even a clue why they are really doing it. They are just told "here go do this for ratings" and they do it.
They are not the brains behind it.

Exactly like actor lines prewritten in a show/movie. They are told what to say and/or act etc.
Will Smith is neither: he is a puppet, the face for whoever is instructing him. His actions could be either. In this case, it seems to be white hat communications. But past actions by Will Smith may be different; nearly all Hollywood types were controlled by black hats until recently, including The Rock. I suspect Will Smith flipped and willingly works for the white hats now, but it's also possible he is controlled by them and he's just following instructions.

There's also the issue that the gang relations are by blood so even if you don't join as a full recruit their criminal network is always within arms reach if you get desperate enough. This is how I've seen a family destroyed because they got desperate enough to reach out for a few jobs to pay the bills only for a shot caller to decide they wanted that guy's wife.

There was a great decode on qmap site. It's such a shame this site owner decided to shut it down. He could just do the following:
Copy the content.
Publish the site as static.
Publish the post from fake account saying that another person had a copy of the site and published it using different address.
Or event publish the content alone as anonymous zip so anyone could take over and continue.
It's such a loss. All Q decodes were there with simple decode and short comment.
Or you could check for archives of what you're referring to.
