I also used to wonder why the people in Bangladesh didn't just walk away from that place, as it seems to flood all the time.
I haven't heard of any African countries putting sanctions on Russia, and Russia is more than still to sell, I'm sure theyd love to have them convert to to ruples. To bad China already beat them to Africa via belt and road.
