Tell your son to go get another job. I don't think any of the trades are demanding vaccination. Why bother fighting so hard for unemployment when it should be temporary.

Yes. Everything has a way of working out if you want it to. It's also ok to work outside of you desired field until you find work in your own field. I pray that your son and family find income other than unemployment quickly. However, it's hard to understand that someone can't get a job in today's climate where every place is hiring. There are multiple factories near me hiring now and offing big sign up bonus for those who stay for at least 3 months. The labor shortage, or rather the amount of people that simply don't want to work is outrageous.
