In one recording, Depp could be heard defending his tendency to walk away from their conflicts: “If I don’t walk away, it’s just going to be a bloodbath,” you can hear him saying. “Just like it was on the island.”
The death of the movie star has been a long time coming. But until the big ones fall, like the Rock, and other A listers of that caliber, they still have some glimmer left on the average Joe.
I like Johnny Depp. I didn't care until I started following the trial.
He's a domestic violence survivor. His wife was the abusive, violent one.
He's weird and does too many drugs, but he's considered to be a kind, wonderful person by everyone who knows him.
Everyone except his ex-wife, Amber Heard, who people are calling Amber Turd because she, or one of her friends, allegedly defecated on his side of the bed.
She threw a glass bottle at him and chopped off part of his finger.
Put a cigarette out on his face.
He was married to a mentally ill harpy and it's possible Will Smith was, too.
I'm getting a lot of therapeutic satisfaction watching Johnny finally be able to speak. I was married to an abuser, too, so watching him finally have a voice is healing for me, as well.
And I'm also from the South. Lots of us are trained to be nice and not to seek conflict.
But yeah, celebrity worship should have never been a thing in the first place.
Yes, I watched a little of it. He was tellling them how he was raised as a "Southern gentlman". Why does this sound lie a big, fat lie?? He probably came from a cabin in the holler where his Maw and Pap were sharecroppers. When I hear the word
"gentleman" I don't think of Johnny Depp. I don't think of any man from Hollywood, in fact.
The thing is, celebrities have had scandals like this since the movie industry planted its roots. They were able to get away with it because A.) No social media, and B.) Really good fixers who would work with the press to cover up or whitewash a star's bad lifestyle choices.
If you want to look at the beginning of the downfall of The Celebrity, look no further than the advent of Twitter. As soon as celebrities were given a platform to open their mouths, people began to realize what morons they were.
Let's hope! I think it got worse when the Baby Boomers were young and spoke out so much. They helped to brainwash people against the country. ie, Bridget Fonda
You mean Jane Fonda. I don't recall Bridget doing propaganda tours for the North Vietnamese :-) . I have no idea if Bridget is a treasonous skank, but Jane certainly is. What that CUNT did to anyone that had to serve in Vietnam would have been grounds for execution in any other time period.
Interdasting.

Hey, I really have a problem with this.
It's a hit piece.

Celebrities, like dingleberries, should be wiped away and flushed.

They all disgust me. Running around for years thinking they were gods. I'm so glad we have stopped giving them money (to a great degree).
Predictive programming. The fall of Hollywood is announced. Things get spicy.
"Because these days, they’re not just like us — they’re much, much worse."
Yes. They are. And the world will find out how much worse.

Yes, I did. Why did I say Bridget?! I even pictured Commie Jane!
Not to be pedantic, but do you mean Jane Fonda? She was the one that went to Vietnam and got those POWs beat.
Yes, Jane. I was picturing old Jane!
