I worked in the coal mine and 60 tons was a good night. Like about 180 coal buggies worth of ground beef. Sad when Ground beef is 33.00 for 10 pound roll.
Hear me out, find a Halal butcher or regular butcher near you. That meat is BEAUTIFUL and so clean it looks appetizing raw lol. My mom was disgusted with the grocery store meat and took a chance on a local Halal butcher…you could’ve eaten off this guy’s store floor and when the meat hit the pan there was no extra fluid and SHIT, just the tiniest bit of grease from fat. It’s less expensive too!
all ground beef has e coli - that's why you cook it until med. well/well done.

Time to hit the grocery store dumpsters and stock up on free meat.
We buy roast etc and grind it ourselves. Save around a buck a pound and tastes better.
