Turn off your enhanced settings.
I don't know what the enhanced settings are either and I've asked for as long as I've been here how in the world people downvoted posts. And 9 times out of 10 the weirdest ones are downvoted.
it's in the settings. go to your settings and turn off community styling. you will lose a lot of the colorful features but you can also upvote and downvote.
He means "community styling" and it's done within the settings.
