I'm a teacher, and I tell people all the time to homeschool. The level-headed, rational, conservative or even middle-of-the-road teachers in this country are so outnumbered that to send your child to a public school is a guarantee that your child will be exposed to, or forced to comply with, every liberal agenda on the list and then some. And the other kids are so damaged that there is no chance your child won't be affected by them. There are middle-schoolers and ninth-graders walking around singing "WAP" and worse while thinking that picking pronouns is normal and being gay is cool and being white is the only sin you can commit. And that's where our society is heading unless more people start homeschooling or sending their kids to solid, vetted private schools.
It's not racist to protect your children from public schools if you can. It's logical, and it's the only way to let your kids remain untarnished kids until they're wise enough to survive our current "clown world" reality on their own.

100%! I sacrifice more now with homeschooling then I ever did when they were in public school!! It’s the best decision I ever made and now I actually enjoy having my kids around all day every day…hahah! They are my whole life!!!
I warned an educator friend that their unions and associations were going to destroy the 'industry' with all of the underhanded tactics to keep remote schooling in place (and other things). I reminded her when she defended CRT (at first) that education doesnt exist to provide teachers with a job or platform. It exist for the kids and parents would only take it so long. Now she is complaining about the lack of good jobs within the system......
The hubris I am seeing from the public education system, like they are some sort of societal elite instead of public servants.....
Just a couple observations I’ve had about homeschooling kids - when I worked for Kaplan years ago, students came in all the time to take practice tests for their SAT and ACT in order to get into college, I remember one time this kid got perfect scores on all the tests. They were homeschooled. Had straight A’s too.
Also all of the homeschool kids I’ve met were very respectful towards adults and very well-rounded people. I guess being in the presence of adults is a regular thing for them and they don’t have the same disrespectful attitude that most public school kids have.
People don’t understand that homeschooling isn’t just about the parent being at home with the kids all day. Most places there are homeschooling groups where you can get your kids involved in other activities, learn a variety of subjects from different people, and meet other homeschooled kids. It’s the way of the future, IMO. That and small-group private education funded by parents, where it’s 1 or 2 teachers with no more than 10 kids.
Homeschooling is much better than public schools deviating from reading, writing, and arithmetic, as well as science. The public school is far deficient in teaching these 4 subjects. Instead they focus on CRT, sex education, LGBQT with emphasis on transitioning. I am sure these subjects will be highly competitive in tomorrow’s world. See how far your future “journalists” are successful in getting a job when they can’t read, write, or construct a coherent sentence.
Timing? How many "right wing Qanon Trump insurrection haters" are getting elected right now in the primaries who are pro homeschooling? Mastriano is a big home school supporter.
Hmm, I never read Frederick Douglass’ book about his own story as a slave, Booker T Washington’s “Up from Slavery” or “Uncle Tom’s Cabin” in public school but am reading all three to my kids this year. Sounds like I’m doing a better job at teaching them the evils of racism and slavery than the public school did.
