Let's see if Elias will lie his pants off in front of the judge and jury!

They picked a jury already?

Yeah apparently a lot of them have fbi and cia friends and family. It was a question during selection.

Perrin 3 points ago +3 / -0

That question could have been used to rule them out

Right. We don't know who passed the voir dire and made it onto the actual jury and who was dismissed.

Friend or family in FBI/CIA? Yes? Dismissed!

Hold your horses, every juror is likely to be a democrat. Let’s see what they decide when they hear the evidence.

How is it supposed to be testifying, when they haven’t even chosen a jury yet

SocratesKnowsNothin2 1 point ago +1 / -0

the way this jury is shaping up I think even if Suss himself admitted guilt, they'd find him not guilty. hope I'm wrong. Durham's lawyers weren't very aggressive in trying to get biased jurors tossed and when they were the biased judge denied the prosecutors requests
