I'd be willing to bet those tylenol deaths per year are actually childhood vaccine related, as they always give tylenol immediately after giving their child a vaccine, and it greatly increases the risk of adverse events of the vaccine.

Borax in hot water to reach super saturation, ((distilled water best for purity, good filtered ok,) temperature / saturation relationship, the hotter the water but not boiling the more borax you can suspend in solution to be precipitated out during crystalization stage, I use coffee maker at 160 degrees f.)). Keep adding 20 mules until it no longer dissolves in water.
Allow to cool slowly, pure borax crystals form on the bottom, pour excess fluid in separate container for next cycle (or use for shampoo as I do). Place borax crystals on glass plate allow to dry scrape, crush and jar for later use, pure borax minus additives. :-)

You have to account for the ivermectin studies where they seemed to be trying to kill people.

Now, here's frickin tylenol/acetominophen/paracetamol that people eat like candy for decades with no concern, quite a bit worse. Now look at the massive vax numbers.
