Not only did Durham prove that Sussman and Clinton were guilty, he proved that our justice system and judges are well corrupt. We all knew that there is a 2 tier level of justice in America. It has been going on for many decades.
That's why I don't get it's so doom and gloom. The judge was compromised, there was Clinton donators on the jury... Did anyone REALLY expect Sussman to go down through the courts and ultimately Clinton? I think It was means to an end; to use the military as the last resort... That's what I hope anyways.
Side note: if the Clintons knew they were gonna lose that court case, they would've clintoncided Sussman.. it's not like they haven't done that before...
Exposure is the name of the game. People getting a cha ce to do the right thing. They failed
We had a civil court case this year and had all the facts and figures to prove that the builder had breached the contract with us. The contractor lied not once but twice on the stand and so did his wife! Yet they won their case. We had to pay them in full and their lawyers fees.
Something truly stunk about the whole case. Two full days in court and we knew almost from the beginning that we lost. Judge made the decision. And he never once looked in our direction. He knew the other lawyer, but not ours.
Basically the case was about allowances (we hired a lawyer when he told us we had to pay for our granite even though the contract said he would provide and install it... and there was an allowance for it. And secondly the contractor took out cabinets that we had already paid in full for without our permission. We didn't want him back after that and had to call law enforcement to get them returned to us. The contractor wanted us to pay him in full before he even finished the job including items that were in the contract. He took cabinets not once, but twice. Both times our lawyer wrote a letter to have him return them. We never gave him permission to remove them. We called law enforcement and signed a warrant for his arrest to get them back. (not before he had already sent a number of them through a planer and took all the finish off both sides!)
The judge was paid off IMHO. Judge said the contractor didn't steal the cabinets so we were in breach of contract for not letting him finish the job, yet he never had our permission to remove any of them after he had already installed them. There was even a letter from the contractor that said he would return our cabinets when he was paid in full (Extortion!) The contractor even bragged on the stand about taking 52 cabinets and drawers from us when we had about 200 (not that many but we have a lot of custom cabs). He said if he took 200 that would be something! My mouth dropped open when he said that. But it made me realize the fix was in and he was gonna win.
Truly disgusting. We had to pay other contractors to finish the work this contractor never did and now he is getting money he doesn't deserve!
Definitely rigged court system.
Watching shows like Ozark gives you a tiny glimpse into just how corrupt our society is today. Judges, law enforcement, politicians. All corrupt.
I think Ozark was made to help prepare minds for what’s coming.
Something similar happened to my family business in Canada, too. We installed a $50,000 audio & video system in the new home of a lawyer in our city (also a government town). He never paid his invoice. We tried to collect for quite a while and then took him to court. He and the judge greeted each other like old friends - because they were! They hang out together, golf, cottages, etc. The judge ruled against us - he said we took too long to collect. We had tried but the lawyer had just ignored us from the get-go!! I guess if you just ignore your debts long enough you get away with not paying for anything and feel no guilt about hurting local small business, as long as you're friends with the legal system.
The Bible warns us about corrupt judges. It also warns judges who are corrupt.
God needs a body before he can punish someone for murder. They are digging their own graves, and soon God's fury and justice can be unleashed.
Exactly. Guilty or Not Guilty - it's already a "Win" based on the case/evidence/testimony... the big question I have is "What's next?" and "Can it happen yesterday?"
We already won.
The wait is the painful part...
Watching our country be destroyed from the inside out by both parties... and knowing there is literally fuck all we can do to speed it up, ripping me up inside.
I'm a Trump supporter, I listened to the transcript reading of the complete trial, and based off of how the trial went, I would have ruled the same way.
I'm not saying Sussman is an innocent man, I just don't think he lied to Baker.
The truth I believe is the following. Sussman was just a member of the deep state cabal orchestrating the FBI and our legal system for their own means. Baker, Strozk, and the rest of the FBI all new the plan and orchestrated their parts on the lower level of the FBI to legitimize their made up bullshit.
The case sucked and anyone who said otherwise wasn't paying attention. I think he almost certainly lied, but I have enough reasonable doubt to feed a family of four.
Lying to the FBI shouldn't be illegal anyway. Fuck those clowns.
