This woman was convinced and allowed to become mutilated as a teenager and now, years later, is horrified at what was done to her body.

She may have been a degenerate moron, but she's clearly grown out of that phase; her comments seem deeply felt and real. Insults seem appropriate for those who propagandized her and enabled her mutilation but not for her. She is a victim and not only is she no threat to others (i.e., she's not encouraging anyone else to "transition") but she's publicly acknowledging what she did and the horror she now goes through daily because of it.

She and others like her are an important part of the Great Awakening, showing the Truth, exposing the lies. This woman, publicly (if anon at this time) in mourning for her "old body" is laboring in the harvest of souls that Jesus spoke of.
