There is a lot of scientific evidence that supports anti-aging effects of getting a transfusion of various fluids from the young. Studies of aging suggests a causal relationship between the reduction of certain hormones and other biological molecules and the phenotypes of aging. Those molecules exist in abundance in the blood and other fluids (spinal fluid e.g.) of the young, not to mention just in the flesh itself.
I don't know if there are any anti-aging effects of adrenochrome, and I haven't seen any science that supports it. Adrenochrome does seem to have a psychotropic effect however and causes a segmentation of the mind, perfect for mind control (it's linked to schizophrenia). It also seems to be addictive.
It's the other constituents of the blood (growth hormonal precursors e.g.), and possibly in the flesh of the young itself (i.e. eating children) that seems to have a substantial impact on aging.
Heck, in this country of youthful looking idiots wanting to stay youthful, wouldn't there be an open market for babies and then BBQing them? I think there are very few people who can afford the youth programs and Cher is one of them. But once these evil people are rooted out, it will be easier to push back on the stealing of babies. When will the average American Joe get tired of this mess and begin fighting back? How can he fight back? Who will rise to lead the charge? Cher is one of the few celebrities who is open and honest about having had a ton of plastic surgery to try to stay looking young. As mentioned in another comment, she doesn't look as good in person as in the 73 years photo. She's just another celebrity trying to stay relevant in a culture that reveres foolishness and youth instead of wisdom and age.
She has millions of $$ to use to purchase the finest options available to maintain a youthful and attractive appearance. There's no question she does many things to try and look good.
In recent close-ups you can see that besides her previous plastic surgeries (nose, eyelids, boobs, face, dental veneers) she has added more. She appears to have had cheek implants, lip fillers, jawline fillers, and perhaps both a CO2 face peel and/or another face lift. Her facial skin and eyelids are really so tight as to defy any possible natural explanation.
She wears over-the-top wigs that cover the sides of her face and neck (preventing us from seeing surgical scars and neck wrinkles), and we notice how high the necklines and long sleeves in her clothing choices are compared to her daring, low-cut clothes of her earlier years.
Yes, compare the space between her brows and her eyelid creases in the two pictures above. In the right one, her brows are much higher and rounded. And, her hairline is further up. That means a brow lift and likely botox. No question about it.
It's called Botox, fillers, hair extensions, face lifts, and Photoshop. It's not magic.

Good points. Her eyes look different to me. The eyebrows, the shape of the eye. Shoulders look bigger, too. But, you're probably right.
