First time I've heard of loosh. Checked it out and it comes from a book by Robert Monroe. Other than his explanation, which quite literally sounds like the matrix, in that we were created only to harvest food/energy for other beings... Anyone have any guidance on where to further my research??

Thank you fren! I believe you are right about "loosh" being described differently then what Robert Monroe, or at least his institute is teaching.
The classes look pretty fascinating, although pretty expensive! However, they have a meditation app that is free, so I will be trying that out!
