I’ve been sick for 25 years with joint pain, migraines, fibromyalgia, Chiro fatigue, IBS, and much more. Been to every specialist, avoided their big pharmacy and went holistic, etc. Since we are in the Great Awakening, God woke me up to the cause of all this and I repented and I just know my health will be restored. I had Breast Implants since 1992, 2 sets, and just had them removed 12 days ago. My health problems are vanishing, I look different also. I’m wondering now if the implants were also poisoning the spirit, as I can see the old me in my reflection again. Breast Implant Illness is real. This journey we are all on I’m sure is bringing healing and miracles to many of us. Please share anything you e experienced that you attribute to your faith in Him during these incredible times! Im thrilled to be regaining my health!
Have to share my own personal Great Awakening Miracle….please post your stories here, too!

Might I ask, when he began his diet did he notice immediate weight reduction or did it take a week or two? I've been very good about my carb intake, less than 50 per day, yet the weight is sloooowwwly coming off but the inches on the belly haven't budged. Thanks for the reply.
It did take about week before we saw any and the 2nd week was slower, but then it took off. I had to make sure he was getting enough calories, as the meat,, vegetables and the little fresh fruit he could have are low calorie. He couldn't even have honey. He did get some balanced carbs from a tortilla we found. I had to make sure he got healthy fats, like olive oil, nut butters, etc. And I had to make sure he got sauerkraut as an acid/pickled balance. Biggest thing was no sugar anywhere.
For myself, I've found that I naturally do less carbs, as I'm not pulled to those usually, but if I have one day a week or so where I have heavier carbs and then go back to low, it actually moves the weightloss along. I just do calorie counting, so my diet is balanced with what I crave or what fits in my 1500 for the day. It's taken me 2 years to lose 35 lbs, but despite a couple of pounds mess up around Christmas, I lost those again also and haven't gained it back, and I'm continually adjusting little sustainable habits as I go. My palate is adjusting and now thanks to hubby, I'm working on my sugar intake also. As well as not eating when I'm tired and should just go to bed.
Probiotics will help balance your gut health. Look for the ones in the refrigerator at your health food store.
Sorry for the book! 😋
I get soil microbes from chowing in the garden... no washing them off.
Not a handwaher, per se..no reason most of the time. (My specialty was infectious disease at the beginning of my career).
I eat anything I want. Must burn off more than one consumes. Not a big sweet eater, except ice cream beware! I have lost 10 lbs this last month. 228>218 without doing anything except yardwork in the heat. As a mesomorph, it makes it easier, I admit. *I forgot... no beer since last November! That's a biggie!
High prices and the heat have decreased my appetite majorly
We just graze lately
Yes! I got a herniated disc in my back 2 years ago, so my garden fell off. But this year I did get some potatoes, peas and zucchini in. I also eat whatever I want, just smaller portions. The hard part is everyone is the same, but different..lol. Ditto on the high prices and heat!
Thank you. I appreciate the insight.
No problem, thanks for asking! 🙂 Hubby has a beer belly too and while it reduced a bit, it isn't gone by any means. I've been meaning to do more research on that.
Oh, remember not to be too hard on yourself, little steps forward are great! Give yourself a hug and keep refreshing your efforts every morning. I'll pray for your peace and health.
I listen to Dr. Eric Weston, a Duke doctor who has a podcast on youtube Adapt Your Life (and website by same name).
He said to take all carbs out, or get down to 20.

Dr Jason Fung, a kidney doctor out of Toronto, Canada has a lot of videos on youtube. Wrote great book The Obesity Code.
I lost 100 lbs in 7 months. Its not hard, in fact it blows me away how easy and simple it is.
You are on such a great path, u/Tynyyn! You need just little tweaking, and your off to the races!
