It's possible. Did you see that white guy that was armed only with a knife on a highway I think in Tennessee? The dude was basically executed by a 20 officer firing squad. He was not even remotely close to anyone to harm them with the knife. There is no reason to shoot someone 60 times. That is beyond reckless. And could have endangered other officers as well. Trigger happy asshats.
