Over time the leaders in The West have been sysematically dumbed down. We used to have leaders who could run a country but they are quite scarce these days. They orefer to be told what to do. I think that is part of the attraction politicians have with the EU. They keep their highly paid government jobs but all decisions are made elsewhere so they have no responsibility. If it goes wrong someone else it to blame.
Obviously, this is a Globalist ploy to take over the west but it looks as if Putin has decided to use it to his advantage. The west is now confused about what to do about Russia and has applied sanctions that have not really affected Russia but have actually sabotaged the west.
I bet Putin is sitting there with his unbeatable hand reminding himself not to interfere with the enemy when they are making a mistake.
People forget, Russia is really America's greatest ally. They saved our asses in the Revolutionary War. Without them, who knows where we would be. Let's not forget WW2. If elections are cleaned up, liberals would only make up about 20% of the population, if that. Most of those are under-educated graduates of a leftist system of education. Remove them and their communist handlers holding teaching positions and my guess is less than 10% are hard core leftist liberals. You can have a wide range of opinions on things like abortion, LGBTQ, energy policies, etc. without crossing into hard core leftist marxism. Most people value safe streets and neighborhoods, clean air and water, ability to move up the economic ladder.

Sounds familiar. The people are righteous, the Lord blesses them. (In the process the Wicked are blessed as well, trickle down?) The blessings make them comfortable and soft and Self-righteous. They start to think they have "earned' these blessings, pride goes before the fall, they become wicked, lose their blessings, are destroyed, must repent, blessed again and the cycle continues. It has been this way since the beginning of time.
All people of God should be aware of this cycle and try to remember it and stay on the His path. But it can be hard. Gratitude I think is the key to remembering....two views that mirror each other.
