Of course in the early 1900s Rockefeller et al also set up the Mexican government, and has been running the Mexican Drug Cartels through the C_A ever since the C_A was created (I don't know how they ran it before then, but they almost certainly did). Of course the C_A was ALSO created by the Rockefellers and crew, but that's a much bigger story.

My money would be on Mexico, simply because you have 'uninvolved locals' who would fall towards/for Mexico should times get desperate.
Two Mexican dudes could have raped each others' sister and they will both put that aside to fight a common enemy. Whites should learn from this.
