Did you choose to be left handed, right handed, or ambidextrous? It's just something that kind of emerges in a person and their personality. And once you're right handed, you could maybe make a bad approximation of the writing or actions you take, but it's not going to be natural for you, it's going to feel awkward and frustrating and wrong using the hand you're not dominant with. Just as you could not just choose to be gay and start romantically loving someone who's the same gender as you, similarly homosexual individuals can't just turn a switch and suddenly desire to romantically love the opposite gender.
