I can't help but feel like things are slowing down. It's not nearly as boom-y as a few months or weeks ago. These last two weeks have been extra quiet.
Anyone else feel the same?

You're just going deaf from all the booms dropping.
That does make me laugh. The Russian pipeline can't supply gas as a compressor ordered a year ago from Canada has not been delivered because of sanctions.
True Do'h and Bi Den won't let it be supplied to Russia but Germany is pleading with them to let the Russians have this compressor.....

In reality there is soo much going on, not one thing gets a ton of traffic. As others have stated, all the booms can demagnify them. So something that wpuld have seemed huge months ago, now is common place. Just look at all the vax truth coming out, more and more pushing for truth about the Jan 6th issue, more puic talk about the Biden administratios decisions and impact to the economy.
Maybe Trump was right. We'll get tired of winning.

Depends where you mean. I live in a village which has pretty well returned to normal, apart from a few sad covidiots still wearing masks. Parties, various classes and and gatherings have restarted in the village hall. Football and now cricket teams are back on the playing field and the sound of bell ringing practice is back. Pure joy.
As for the silent war: looks like the DS are running out of ammo. Expect Taiwan to be the next scare event. Not worried, sure the White Hats have everything under control and all is going according to plan.
I have to endure another scorching day: yesterday the temp was over a 100 F and the tarmac melted at the nearby airfield. Need to keep my vegetables watered, praying for rain. Its summer, things always slow down a bit.
