The "first indictment" and "first arrest" referenced by the Q post were Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein, which I believe Q confirmed later in a later post, 4566:

The idea as I understood it at the time was that bringing them down was supposed to set off a chain of events that would have many of the world elite (their clients) panicking...
Frankly, the second phase of that process is still underway. Despite Biden being the Resident, small time and mid-level pedo busts and exposures keep happening. And weren't we just talking about Maxwell being put on suicide watch? The horrific saga of Epstein Island is far from over...
So we really aren't "waiting for a shocking arrest to happen" at this point in the timeline, (although I do believe there are plenty more to come). But with regards to the "first arrest" that Q was referencing, it has ALREADY happened, and Q has enlisted us to help the public wake up to the terrible truth of it. (Which most folks here generally do, in various ways).
It's working. The Great Awakening is a real thing. It just sure as hell isn't happening as fast as any of us want it to.

While this is hilarious and mostly true, and should be stickied, we have to be fair. Epstein and Ghislaine were both arrested, she was tried, and convicted.
I think we will all find out (in the not too distant future) that there has already been MANY arrests and executions. The movie that is now playing is solely for the benefit of the sleepies (to bring them along to the notion that the ruling elites across the world are a coalition of evil tyrants bent on completely controlling everyone and everything).
