EDIT:
The extract mentioned is from the following species:
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pinus_densiflora
[known as: Japanese red pine, the Japanese pine, or Korean red pine]
EDIT 2:
The bark of the same species contains neuroprotective compounds:
https://www.jmb.or.kr/journal/view.html?doi=10.4014/jmb.1801.01053
“Taken together, these results suggest that [Korean red pine bark extract] and its constituent antioxidative phenolics are potent neuroprotective agents that can maintain cell viability under oxidative stress and inhibit cholinesterase activity.”
Natural cures are going to put big pharma out of business. Hopefully some disclosure speeds up the process.
This is why Rockefeller had them all removed before starting his medical schools.
That's why they went around killing holistic doctors a few years ago.
Killed almost 90.
I remember that... Back in the 2010 timeframe.
This is why Kevin Trudeau was tossed in jail.

Pine bark extract is also an ancient/natural remedy for many things including a defence against the Common Cold.
Good stuff!! I have a bag of them in my freezer. Whenever I feel something coming on I first have a cup of that. By end of day gone. If not, I start my regiment of vitamins . I haven't been sick in almost 2 years. I used to get sick with bronchitis everyother month!!
Man I keep getting recurring bouts of bronchitis and nothing I’ve tried has stopped it
What have you tried?
Inhalers , honey and lemon tea i have mild COPD
I also have copd. I also had Lung surgery in 3/2020 removing a part of my left lung. I should be winded and it should be harder for me to breath but infact It hasn't been this good for decades!!But Bronchitis sucks big time!! Do you work in an office with no fresh air circulation? Also, you should if you don't have one get a Nebulizer for home. Ask your doctor. It's a life savor to have one on hand when you feel it coming on use it for the day or 2. What you need is not only the emergency inhaler but the maintenance one. Not sure if you have both. Beleive me the maintenance one for me helps big time! Drink the pine needle tea at least once a day or 3 to 5 times a week. To help boost your respiratory system. For a couple of months. Then use as needed. Everyday take your zinc and vit c. You need to get to a stable point before it starts to get better with less and less bouts of bronchitis, until there is none. Good luck.
Hey thanks for taking the time to go into details , fortunately I’m seldom doing office work I do a lot of field base stuff , I ditched my trade 20 years ago as a boilermaker and pipe welder for health reasons - no more metal dust and welding fumes , I’m using inhalers but they have limited affect I’ll take your advise and get myself a nebuliser, smoking never helped either but I gave up 10 years ago but has left me with mild COPD
Thanks for the reply BTW

Thanks for the links, hope it works for bronchitis
White pine needle tea
Pine needles are also good for termite deterrent, weed control, and great for chicken coops, as they absorb more than grass or hay. Plant your tree today!
Pine, spruce, evergreens all their new buds are chalk full of goodness.
Willow if you need pain killing. The bark of your spring shoots is full of salicillin which your body turns to salicylic acid (aspirin)
Be careful which pine needles you drink. I've read that some are toxic. Do your research!
Straight needles. No complex patterned leaves.

Awesome, we have been making tea with them for the last year. Picking them from tree in the yard
Makes me wonder what health benefits are in the gobs of resin that drip off the cones....?😃
I buy food grade Alpha Pinene and Beta Pinene isolated terpene extracts online. They are very reasonable priced and can be added to carrier oils like MCT oil for medicines

Pinus densiflora Siebold et Zuccarini is also known as the Japanese red pine. Recognizing it is by its red-orange bark and its fascicle (bundle) consisting of 2 long needles. The White pine is also very beneficial for preventing cancer and has been shown to cure autism. Recognizing the white pine is by looking for it having a bundle (fascicle) consisting of 5 long needles. Be careful of other pine trees and evergreens. Many are toxic like the Yew, Norfolk Island Pine, and Ponderosa Pines (Western Yellow Ponderosa Pine, Bull Pine, or Black Jack Pine).
Thanks. I added the Wikipedia link with a brief description.👆
There are toxic evergreens. I didn't find info on the Japanese Red Pine for its toxicity though. It sounds like its safe, but I'm not absolutely sure.
I came across this the other day on gab.

I have a heart condition (atrial fillibration) and can't take these as it could cause all sorts of complications, its the same with HCQ.
If you have to take Digoxin then please leave Pine Needle tea and HCQ alone.
