Another post here, has link to full video. By the sound of it Mr.ATF bad man may get charged with obstruction, attempted trespass, and one or two abuse of authority charges (cops were base, knew what he was up to).
If any of these faggots come to your door, CALL THE POLICE! Tell them there is someone(s) pretending to be police at my door and I feel I'm in danger. Then watch the fireworks when the police show up!
ATF Agent Burk -- who in 2015 was charged with shoplifting wine from a Kroger grocery story -- is now suing the officers for excessive force because he couldn't follow lawful orders after trying to force his way into a private residence without a warrant.
It's like federal agents are now synonymous with being a criminal.
Federal agents are not public servants. They are state functionaries and it's an lesion that your rights matter. They say they do but their own policies allow them cover for violating your rights.
"Usually when there's a lawsuit involved the cops that are involved in it are given their walking papers." - Link.
That nothingburger link literally just describes what happened and says that he tried to sue them, not that he succeeded or that they were fired.
"Of note, Agent Burk ran afoul of the law once before. In 2015, Ohio’s Warren County Sheriff’s Office charged Burk for stealing more than $200 in wine from a local Kroger."
and it won't. that retard disobeyed direct instructions from a police officer and was acting suspiciously and threateningly, and police are allowed and even advised to make iron-grip arrests for people like that.
I'd like to know how that turned out. Why is a federal agent knocking on doors by himself.
Complete Obedience can be lead by a single strand of hair.
They have been scaring obedience into the fabric of your being since you were born
Funny I don't seem to be very obedient

Atf agents are still u.s.citizens just like us. Local law enforcement must wield the greater power of feds.
Those officers were heavy handed but if ypu are going to be heavy handed be that way with the government agents not the people.
Taste of his own medicine maybe the stupid atf guy will thi k next time he throws his weight around.
Always call the local sheriff if the feds show up. They likely are too stupid to call the sheriff and inform him they are in his county.
Here is the full 15 min version - https://youtu.be/gb1MVFDy_tw
Fantastic watch, thank you anon.
Thanks for linking that whole video, even more hilarious "I'm a federal agent" as if that makes him special Kek!
Looks like he is an ATF agent but after watching the 15 minute version, it sure seems to me like he was up to no good.
I love this.
This is excellent advice if your local law contract is a based County Sheriff. They’re not gonna put up with any crap from Feds.
This is great!

The date is posted, but do you have sauce on the cops being fired? This is the same dude caught stealing wine from a Kroger. See the video here.
Saucies for the story. I can't seem to finds an outcome for the lawsuit. If somebody has a subscription to PACER perhaps they could help.
