Page 80 of the PDF left side numbered page 9 talks about experiment with low magnetic environment. This states that experiments show in low magnetic environment criminality increases including Cannibalism and Rape.
The Earth is currently moving to a low magnetic environment which could explain the left's lawlessness including cannibalism and rape.
Also stated those without empathy turn to criminality first.
My thoughts exactly..could it be just to divert attention away from the skies? Kill off the old and the new that couldn't survive it....trying to gain control in countries that will produce grain etc

There's this great anime called Japan Sinks, based off a novel. Exactly that happens in the show. It's definitely a tear jerker, and there's a hell of a lot of English spoken in it too.

I'm saying I believe everything since the Rockefellers took over our medical and education system has been fabricated to facilitate a certain outcome. That outcome being the complete annihilation of humanity by the.powers and principalities we were warned about in the Bible, Enoch, Jubilee, Esdras...etc.
My guess is that having this come from a CIA guy gives it credibility. Without this story, it's just a myth. If the Feds are taking crustal slippage seriously, the rest of us should as well. I did my part by leaving LA. Should be safe where I am, a mile high.
Much like the mutation of a virus, you can't predict these sort of things. There is evidence in the geologic record of pole reversal, and of the crust turning 90 degrees. Anyone who claims to know WHEN it may occur has a hand in trying to make it happen.

I don't know how someone could trigger such an event, but if you want to "save the Earth" while destroying humanity, that's how you would do it. If a human had the power to pull this off, there is no guarantee they would survive the event. I don't think we have the technology or horsepower to initiate such an event, so if it happens, it's random, and we were due for it, geologically speaking.

And another thought is, right now, the ECD is labeled as pseudoscience. So, whence cometh the hiding of a hypothesis, that may or may not manifest?
