The article made no connection between the 15% who had new issues and the ~10% who regretted taking the jab. So, it's entirely possible that some of the 15% with new issues are still ok with having taken the jab and some of the 85% without new issues regret having taken the jab.
Some don't - and likely won't - regret the jab (even if it maims, disables or kills them, their family and/or their friends) while others changed their minds (for any of a variety of reasons except a new health issue).
I am going on a limb and omitting the dead for this one. Based on this poll (which I don't entirely trust BTW), I would have to say that at least 70% of the respondents had a saline shot.
Another poll conducted at the same time surveyed 829 American adults ages 18–49, and the results show that 22 percent of them reported a new condition within weeks or months after getting a COVID-19 vaccine.
and the other 75% died
15% have a new medical condition, but only 10% regret taking it? That implies 5% have a new medical condition and are OK with it.
Clearly it could have been much worse.
Not necessarily.

25% believe having 3-foot long blood clots is normal. Nothing to see here.
That number is only gonna grow bigger with every new discovery of the terrible side effects

Those dead were clearly all Covid deaths - especially the ones with gunshot wounds.
Not to mention the ones that died in auto accidents.
Discouragingly low.
