I don't live in a rural area, but I do live in a suburban area in Volusia County, FL where it is legal to have target practice as long as you have a dirt berm, targets, etc. The neighborhood does, however, border a rural area and a wildlife refuge/hunting grounds. Guess what my dutiful neighbors do just about every night?
