100% agreed. I don't believe it can stand in court due to inherent bias. What about trade schools? What about those who paid their college loans back? What about those that are starting college or anyone that plans on going to college? The list goes on and on....

The trade school loans are practical. The trade school graduates are probably too conservative so Biden won't get votes from them. They only want to forgive the college of brainwashing loans.
Not only that, Trade schools focus on the targeted skill and not deviate laterally to other fag classes that have absolutely nothing to do with the future occupation other than CIA brainwashing the student.

I think there is a different play here. First, the dimwits get brownie points from the young left in time for midterms. The right and independents REEE about it but that doesn't matter for the midterms to the dims. Meanwhile the righties start pointing out all the flaws in this proposal, and eventually someone comes out with a sound lawsuit with standing. Assuming this lawsuit happens before the midterms, the dims shout to everyone that will listen that the righties are taking away their rights and their gimmiedats, leading to a rise in the polls for the lefties. Eventually the lawsuit wins and the gimmiedats go away, and the dims get zero blame.

I don't think the fools realize it's only $10,000 that will be "forgiven." I think the fools believe their entire student loans will be forgiven.
After all, it's not like they're going to start doing their due diligence at this stage of the game and actually read the legislation.
