I got back into fitness after a few years by trying a trial of Daily Burn. There’s one trainer in particular named Greg and he has like 170 videos and they span a variety of fitness levels so I used it to go from 0-60 at my own pace, he’s a really good trainer. Also, did these with the wife as well and can agree it def is something nice to share
Strength training if you're losing weight. Don't forget gentle stretches. Massages with oils will help too. I got a nice Sore Muscle Massage Oil with Arnica Extract, Chamomile and Lavender oils.
If you're riding bikes, ride a track or fixed gear bike.
You're basically doubling your pedal strokes because you can't coast like on a geared bike.
I've been riding track for about 7-8 years love it! (No brakes, I use my legs to slow down or stop)
Warning: don't just jump into riding fixed without breaks. Ease into it with breaks on until you feel confident enough to ride "breakless"
I live on the side of a mountain, have two flights of stairs in my house. I’m almost parallel to the ground walking back up to my house after I walk down to get my mail because of the steep incline. So yeah, staying in shape feels good!

If you’re not taking a probiotic, start now! Get that gut working. You will metabolize differently along with many other benefits
