Sign of Osiris. Also represents masonic iniate degree. 17th I think.
I’ve learned about the one eye covered/encircled with the ok sign as meaning the “all seeing eye” or Eye of Horus. But I’ve missed the interpretation of hands crossed over the chest/heart.

Funny thing is - I was raised in a very strict Southern Baptist family. I had solid bible classes and such, but my mother was an Eastern Star and my uncle was “something” in the Masonic lodge?
