The other day, on a bright and thick cloudy day, I could see a vibrate red, blue and yellow. Not from a rainbow and around 2pm, a fairly high Sun. It was as if some one splashed paint on the clouds. The photos I took could not show it. I looked all over and could not find this anomaly anywhere else in the sky
