A girl I dated once told me "the bigger the hoop, the bigger the hoe." I'm not sure of the accuracy but it seems to correlate somewhat.
THey couldn't have made her look less attractive if they tried. She's the new face of "pretty girls hide your face and grow a unibrow".
The lipline looks photoshopped too. It's too sharp and clean.
