Ocular migraine. I rarely get them, but enough to know what it is.
I can barely read, got a shooting pain on my left temple, and can't even walk a straight line.
Dizzy enough to be crying. Hands shaking, barely able to write this out.
My dad went to sleep with a migraine himself sans the funhouse mirror vision, though. He gets them from time to time, and he said it was a doozy last night and he never had one down the back of his neck like that before.
So...
Wtf is going on out there? I something big about to go down? Anyone else having bombs go off in their brain this morning?
I'm not too far from an airport, and we see military choppers from time to time. Any military guys here know what an EMP blast feels like to tell me if I have reason to be paranoid?

Many, many manifestations of illness from this root cause. Depression. Alzheimers. ALS. Cancers. IBS. Even speculations on the entire emerging LGBT "phenomenon". Migraines and the ole "photic sneeze reflex" (sneezing upon getting into sunlight) is theorized to be connected as well.
I can attest as well. I'm in since 07/14, and I think it worked. I even got rid of my drinking habit four weeks ago and am sober 'till then, I don't have any cravings for alcohol anymore, no cravings for sugar, nothing. Better health over all, but it's hard to judge 'cause I drank a lot before I began with the protocol.
As to the current situation: I never had migraine, but my whole fam was kind of sick last week, coughs, running nose, I just lost my voice and was incredibly tired. My worst enemy: the fear of resetting weights at strenth training. I hate that. So, despite the imagination of feeling sick and being tired, but not weak, I decided to train anyways. Surprise, surprise: the weights went up like a breeze, so I wonder what this sickness was all about. My wife thought the same, she said: "man, I sound like shit, I cough, my nose is running, but otherwise I feel fine. Usually I feel weekness, but it seems like having symptoms without being sick. Wtf is this? Are we ascending or what?"
It felt strange, and for me, after three sets of heavy squats, all the symptoms were gone, I'm not tired, my nose is not running, all got better within an hour after training. Maybe I'm a bit crazy, but some strange things are habbening.
Anyone know a good brand of fluoride-free toothpaste?

I really like Uncle Harry's which you can get on Amazon. It's a powder, which ends up doing a far better job of cleaning and whitening, and it really does rebuild enamel. I don't have sensitive teeth to the degree I once did. My enamel had been thinning using the toothpaste they sell on TV.

The writers of the PDF are big fans of the "R.O.C.S Medical Minerals Toothpaste Remineralizing Tooth Gel". You leave it on after brushing your teeth for ~15mins+. Not supposed to eat/drink afterwards for 40 mins so I do it before bed.
My teeth feel strong enough to bite off a cow. It will also help anyone with a "white tongue". Xylitol is proving to be incredibly anti-fungal.
Xylitol kills dogs with just a small dose so you have to be extremely careful or avoid it if you have dogs.

Keeping the starter active, if you're not a very regular/routine-oriented person, takes some getting used to, but isn't hard. You may have to move it around a bit in your house over the first week or so until you find the sweet spot where it won't get disturbed but isn't so it of the way you forget about it.
We have a bread machine, so once the starter was stable, I would toss it into the machine with some additional ingredients and either let it bake fully in there, or if I had the time, take it out when on the final rise and shape it, add herbs or whatever and bake with a pan of water in the oven to crisp up the crust. Pretty easy.

How about if I am very very thin. Can I use this protocol? I know I have a bad bad Candida or should I clean myself eating only veggies. Fruits are not good or bread or oatmeal just greens make me feel ok.
Well, the protocol was designed around an 150lb adult. I'd adjust dosage accordingly.
It's also recommended to not do any heavy exercise for awhile, as that can increase autophagy and make things harder on your kidneys.
Thank you. I am using the Life NAC though and instead of medications I am using oregano leaves for my food but I will buy black seed oil, the black seed I have is the raw ( I do not know what to do with it) it is too harsh to eat raw.
I am not taking any meds just I want to mention the other meds that are in the PDF, I don’t know exactly what I have but I believe is something to do with my white blood cells or maybe is anemia; the only thing is that I have congestion and lack of breathing every day, for example when I eat organic oats or bread even fruits I get sick can’t wear dresses or shorts or t-shirts with short sleeve I get congested like a flu kind of type. There is no need to cut medications, you should be able to be cut back on them gradually in the months to come. I'm not a doctor.
I recommend not taking oregano until you have your black seed oil source handy. The BSO, among other things, helps the kidneys process the dieoff you will get. Especially at your weight.
As far as oregano leaves vs oil, I've not heard the creators of the PDF mention the leaves. The real workhorse in the OO is the carvacrol.
Isn’t Autophagy starvation? I used to exercise but I can’t since one year ago. Every time I go to the gym my flu like symptoms get worse. I am tired of being sick. Who knows what I got. Wednesday I have an endoscopy but we have the hurricane Ian’s coming so who knows if they will perform it.
I have just started and oregano dose at 150mg keeps the die-off manageable. So far bit of a headache, a moment when the sky was about to fall on my head and minor irritability. I'll increase bit by bit.
