Because of our Just In Time, well, EVERYTHING is JIT now & has been for a couple decades; there's very little storage / backlog / supply of a lot of stuff.
Stores don't have "back rooms" / warehouses / storage anymore. EVERYTHING is trucked in constantly, as it is sold / used.
Even HOSPITALS - we learned in 2020 - even fucking HOSPITALS switched to JIT for critical medical supplies.
Sure, overall there might be - for example (totally made up as an example) - say there's like 20 million pounds of beef in distributor freezers across the country. Sounds like a lot, doesn't it?
But what if you learned that the nation consumes 40 million pounds of beef every month......suddenly what sounds like a huge amount; 20 million pounds of beef - doesn't seem quite so big a stockpile, does it?
It's my understanding that based on the deliberate hits to the supply chains the past few years - even and definitely including targeting the originating producers / manufacturers themselves - that we are possibly in for rough rides as far as famine / shortages / food supply goes.
IMO: a years' worth of food is the least you should have; that's not a lot if 25% of what I've been reading about the past year comes to fruition......
I would really desperately LOVE to be wrong about this, so by all means I beg you; if I'm wrong, please post sources showing how I'm wrong; how our supply chains are perfect, farms are in full swing with big, beautiful, bountiful harvests, livestock farms are booming and producing like crazy; show me that there's no deliberate shortages of fertilizer, etc. and that I'm wrong. I'd really appreciate it because you will save me shit piles of heartache, worry, anxiety and money.
Just like with the vaxx being poison; I'd positively LOVE to be wrong on thinking we're in for serious shortages with our food supply, to say it lightly.
ETA:
I do, in fact, completely and totally agree with the tweet posted by OP; we DO have nothing but abundance and ALL scarcity is 1,000,000 being maliciously & intentionally fabricated by satanic psychopaths.
Or as I'm even more fond of saying;
Our liberties aren't dying;
They're being killed by people with names and addresses.
JIT supply is more efficient than buying and building and staffing and maintaining large amounts of storage. Companies tryingvto turn profit learned this decades ago.
I'm not disputing / discussing the merits of JIT vs......whatever you call the alternative; I'm simply sharing what I learned during this scamdemic that virtually everything / every business / every organization has shifted to JIT over the past few decades.
Absolutely blew my fucking mind to learn that HOSPITALS treat much if not MOST of their medical supplies with JIT.......!!!!!
I understand why JIT makes sense......until it doesn't....... like now.
I get your points about JIT supply chain. I too think supply chain experts have gotten too cute for their own good with taking that to extremes. They need to take a step back and consider the big picture IMO.
However, I respectfully suggest that isn't the point the meme the OP posted is making. I think the point is in terms of the earth itself there is a massive abundance of all the things listed to last many, many thousands of years for all mankind if we had a true free market guided simply by just and moral laws.
The scarcity is real ONLY because of the evil moves of the psychopathic cabal along with all the brainwashed dimwitted lackeys helping them for a multiple of fill-in-the-blank reasons (virtue signaling, thinking they're helping the earth to "move forward", stopping man-made catastrophic climate change, whatever).
Yep; I just edited my comment to reflect your words because I agree with you 1,000%; we do have everything in abundance & ALL our problems and scarcity are being created by satanic fascist pedophiles.
I wish I had the space to store extra food. 2 bed, 1 bath tiny house built in 1946. Originally no closets, we added them. My chest freezer is already full and hunting season hasn’t begun. Probably gonna need on for the storage building for deer & 🤞🏼seafood. Hoping to put up some this fall.
I once worked for a company that tried to eliminate the inventory to save money and they eventually went under due to the normal shipping snafus that made their deliveries late.
I’m in Eastern North Carolina & about 1/2 of this years crops were left in the fields. I’m only speaking about the county I live in. If they are getting paid not to harvest I have to wonder does the government pay more than the profits. This year was the best watermelon season I’ve seen in six years. First time in forever I didn’t get a bad watermelon. One local farmer is all about the money! His watermelons were left in the fields.
Watermelon. I don’t know about deer corn yet. My husband hasn’t bought this year’s supply. He’s getting the lanes cleaned up & deer stands. Probably get the corn soon.
I meantncornnleft standing for game, not the trapping stuff. My apologies. In some areas, corn will be left up as hiding area for game and then used for hunting.
I disagree.

Warehousing has been blowing up since the plandemic started.

My 2 cents anyway.

Agree fren.
Respectfully. :-)
When the rioting starts in the cities, where will the elite escape too? Where are their bunkers? Or super yachts?

Holy crap!

Was it game corn left in the fields?

Watermelon is hard to hide in, though.
