I've felt for a long time that the U.S. military should get a secret agreement with the Mexican government to do a single attack on all known cartel towns, where every male over the age of 18 is taken out. Yes, some "innocent" people would be killed, but compare that one time take of innocent lives with the THOUSANDS who die every year because of the cartels, either through drug overdoses, or their outright murders of innocent civilians.
