This has gone on far longer than Carter's Presidency, and frankly, Carter was a victim of the consequences of bad policies that preceded him. Notice as well he is off to the side while the others, including BHO are all cloistered together. Both Wilson and Lincoln are more culpable than he (Carter) is, and so is the Federal Reserve. (Congress deserves some demerits as well for abdicating its power to the executive branch!)

And Congress are literally, All In On IT - and are getting paid quite well to protect The Cabal members. There are NO innocent members of Congress, the Executive nor the Judiciary (Supreme Court).
