The documents get revealed at trial and whatever content exposed openly, to a degree. Rather than showing the master in private, then he makes a decision in favor of Trump, Trump is able to have the docs essentially come out as evidence. Then a ruling is made, but now it’s not behind special master closed doors

I'm finally noticing a pattern with Trump and his team. If you need something done or exposed, better to let your opponents do it for you if possible.
Need a wall at the southern border? Make Mexico pay for it.
Need classified evidence exposed on the nefarious activities of your political opponents publicized? Use their own rabid desires to destroy Trump expose their crimes in the process.

So, what's the play here? The special master is holding the documents and no one knows (other than Trump and his team) WHICH documents have been declassified? Does that mean that the special master is unable to look at ANY of these w/ classification markings? It could be that they've all been declassified, or that none have been, or anything in between.
Are they buying time for something? Waiting for the right moment to disclose that they've all been DECLAS'ed? And can subsequently be reviewed.

Maybe we can infer that they have all been desclassed by the fact that Trump put them in his safe in the full expectation that the safe would be raided. He would make sure that he was holding the documents legally with regards to their classification.
