All of the pro Ukraine people are saying Russians are running away from being recruited. I thought I've seen some post here showing men were actively recruiting. Does anyone know?

Replying to @stevencrowder Whoever posted this is an absolute mindless chud.
The partial mobilization was only for those who are in the military reserves.
No one is being “drafted”.
The people who are being called up are military.
This is the equivalent of mobilizing the National Guard or Army Reserves.
And they are only mobilizing specialists required in certain fields.
The ignorance around all things Russia from mainstream conservatives is astonishing. Baffling how ignorant you all are.
Only 300k reservists have been called up.
In the end, if some russian liberals kick and scream, it makes no dent in the plan.
Go to telegram IntelSlavaZ He has many, many videos of whole towns turning out to thank the RESERVISTS as they turn up. In some areas they didn’t even wait for their official letter and when announced go straight to the Recruiting Offices. If I understood how to post a video without starting a new post I would, but it has to be basic as I’m not good at understanding the process. ☺️

Keep in mind that Russia is made up of many different ethnic peoples which aren't necessarily similar in demographics or mindset. People in different regions have different past experiences and different concerns.
I'd use the U.S. as an example, but here the people of Nebraska are reasonably similar to the people in Alabama or Maine or Illinois. We aren't that historically and ethnically diverse. Russia is.
That said, you can probably find vast areas of Russia that fully support the Ukraine war and the Russian government. You can probably also find regions where the local population DOESN'T support the Ukraine war and is extremely leery of the Russian government. You will find mixed results depending on where you go. Western Russia will have a completely different viewpoint than the people in Southern Russia or far Eastern Russia. Different regions will have had quite different experiences, especially during the Soviet era.
To say that 'The Russian People Support the War' or 'They Oppose the War' is attempting to lump everyone into one big opinion basket together. It doesn't work that way.
My bet is that the majority of people living in the larger cities and towns in Western Russia support the Ukraine war. Those are also the easiest cities to access for interviewing Russians who speak English and getting their opinions. The further you get into Central Russia or Eastern Russia... the more likely you will find people being skeptical about joining a war against Europe, or people leery about trusting the Russian military. Those people may have been on the receiving end of persecutions during the Soviet era, or been victims of ethnic cleansing in the past... or may just feel non-obligated or more removed from the situation and don't want to be involved.
AFAIK the "draft dodger" narrative is looking like a fabrication by pro Western media in order to pass cause/effect legislature.
Example: In Latvia govt has began drafting laws to keep dissidents out. But, there is no proof of an influx of RU migrants. So, one can safely assume at a base level, this is to further balkanize public sentiments. Taken further, it is also another finger poking the bear. Similar to shutting down the railway via LTU to Kaliningrad.
I have seen multiple videos from the Russian sources showing the men reporting well before deadline, in good spirits.
why the heck would someone down vote this? I'm just researching and trying to view all sides of an issue!
I don´t know but the fact is they can get 300k people pretty easily.
