Washington DC may be fenced off, evacuated... and waiting for the "precipice" event in October.

My Nephew works for a government contracting company in DC and hasn't had to go to his office since COVID started in 2020.
Just so ya know many other employees are still working from home as he is.
Have a family member who works for gov outside of DC and they are the only person at the office.
Gov workers are lemmings. COVID still very real for them.
Did they expect an instantaneous retribution from the Nord pipelines? Is it deserted still today?
Theory:
Prior to leaving office in January 2021, President Trump may have declared an insurrection, leading to 'Continuity of Government' being enacted.
Remember Trump's speech on January 6th? He appeared for a VERY short time (and was probably in a great deal of danger at the time)... and said exactly what he needed to say.
10 USC Ch. 13: INSURRECTION: §254. Proclamation to disperse:
"Whenever the President considers it necessary to use the militia or the armed forces under this chapter, he shall, by proclamation, immediately order the insurgents to disperse and retire peaceably to their abodes within a limited time."
Now... remember what President Trump said during his very short speech. He requested that everyone present at J6 rally "disperse and to go home peacefully." He said it more than once and I remember distinctly that it met the criteria required by that insurrection act. Weird that he didn't say much else. He crossed the T's, dotted the I's... and then left quickly under heavy security.
It might surprise people... but under Continuity of Government, our actual government may be operating out of various locations outside of Washington DC. That may be why Washington DC appears to be a fenced ghost town these days.

When he told people to disperse, it wasn't just the folks that were storming the Capitol Building. It was the insurrectionists who stole the election. Hmmm... I like it.
All the "fearless" government employees have never returned since the Kung Flu 2 weeks to stop the spread. You only need a skeleton crew to sign checks and invoices for money and equipment too Ukinazi's anyways so.....

The video's two narrators, one of them sounds exactly like Richard Citizen Journalist. Richard also watermarks all of his videos/pics and this video looks like it's been cropped, as to remove Richard's watermark.
Looking at the source in Bitchute, the account doesn't even credit Richard - just straight ripping off his work.
This is news? We've known this. The Federal employees who weren't already working remotely at the time, left DC on 1/18/21 (two days before inauguration) when COGCON 2 was enacted. Historical artifacts were moved out of the White House and relocated to a secure location.
