Got home from work to a newborn calf in the paddock. That was a surprise ,I didn't think she was that close to calving.Not sure if it's a heifer or bull calf yet, it was getting dark when I went looking for her as she didn't come up for her hay and I didn't want to disturb her too much .

I hate how foolish people are. I was looking at a random cosplayer's social media and she tweeted about feeling her body temperature was up and down after getting the bivalent booster shot...

.I know how you feel...there are many things that split communities....religious cults split the community and the world much more because they are so aggressive to any facts and evidence that are contrary to their 'beliefs' even though those beliefs are damaging to themselves the children and the community. .and part of their belief system is that they must recruit others to swell the coffers .
I think humans are so insecure now that anything that challenges anything they hold on to as giving some feeling of safety is attacked.. This is the ground cults thrive in.
I don't know how this insecurity can be treated as nothing can alter the facts..we live on an insecure planet....comets volcanic eruptions tsumanis etc never mind constant wars and aggressions and the knowledge that we will all die .even a knowledge of after life and reincarnation cannot help very much.... Change is what people fear and yet change is happening every day and so the only antidote is to accept and embrace change ..

I finally made myself sit down and watch in it's entirety Hunt for Red October. Everyone has been right, it is a great movie. I got excited to see the Q clearance badges on the men. So now my mind is in overdrive trying to see the comparisons with what is happening now. To be honest, I think I have managed to confuse myself. I may have to watch it again tomorrow to nail down the similarities.
Don't think you're going to get it all the first time you watch it. It's such a powerful movie that you could watch it over and over again and still learn something new. There are so many good scenes, but you will probably develop some favorites. I find myself quoting that movie all the time. The exchange between Ramius and Putin, the political officer, refers to the end of the world, and it is pretty telling when Putin reads the passage from Revelation - "...and the seventh angel poured forth his bowl into the air and a voice cried out 'it is done!'" Could be a harbinger of things to come.
You are right, it was such a good movie, and watching it over again opened up new reveals. I really don't know why I never had seen it , but I watched it first thinking I don't see much comparisons to what is happening now, but the second time I did. I know for many it is scary, but it is so exciting as well. If I were not a Child of God I guess I would be fearful. Heck there are Christians that about broke their necks to get the jab because of fear. Q is right it will be BIBLICAL!!!
