Tom Petty … I won’t back down.
I very much so love that song. Hits hard, hits deep. Standing up against the gates of Hell. RIP Tom.
Look up the story behind that song. An arsonist lit fire to his house while his family was inside. So he wrote a song about it. He said he almost didn’t release it because it was so personal, but he’s glad he did because so many people have come up to him afterwards and told him the situation where that song met so much to them.
No sauce, but I wonder if that’s when he said no to the Cabal?
For reals. Very nice! I had no idea about this backstory.
That makes it hit even harder!!!

Interesting. What caught my eye at the end:
Now isn't there another video with the words that Aldean said? One that just got unlocked on YT? And I didn't know the Tom Petty inspiration. The timing in LV is, like I said, Interesting. Probably coincidence.
EDITED: for really bad spelling. Should not write when I first wake up without glasses. 🙄

Evan Bartels - False Gods
Whoa. Thank You.
I have listened to this song now about 5 times in a row.
First time I heard it was when someone posted it here too, just returning the favor.
Such good songwriting, moved me to bubbling tears the first time I heard it.
👆👆 this song. I like this one a lot now. For reals. If we all had the will to care... Dang...
Wow. This one takes the cake alright. So powerful.
Thanks for this.

What can I say, I like a lot of different music.
I have a lot of warfare songs I listen to, another one from back in my younger days

WAR IN THE HEAVENLIES!!!!!!!!!!!!
So I listened to the first song. AMAZING!!! "Let's all rise to the brethren code!"
But as I knew Elijah was in the title of the next song, the entire time I was listening to the first and rocking out. All I could think of was the memory of seeing the Marines sing, "These are the days of Elijah"
And then I clicked on the next link and what do I find...
BLAMMY, hit me hard.
That one I was blessed enough to meet one of the guys from the church that War in the Heavenlies came from. He prayed over and healed my daughter's feet they were crooked I watched them straighten before my very eyes I've seen many miracles in my life but this was the only time I had ever seen a physical healing.
