I've seen some evidence. There's a compelling point on the opposing side.

Why is Phillips a defendant? Shouldn't he be just a witness? Is he under investigation?

He's a defendant in a lawsuit that Konnech filed against him and TTV if I recall correctly. He also gave testimony to the grand jury that brought the criminal indictment against Eugene Yu. Two different cases.
