I regret I have but one upvote to give you. Voluntaryism is civil society -- assuming reasonable emotional health levels and a sane culture (without which ANY society becomes corrupt and dangerous).
When a group -- a government, a crime syndicate, call it what you will -- is allowed to Initiate coercion even in limited areas with impunity (forcible taxation being the foot in the door), things go downhill in a hurry.
If government is not there to regulate business, the business will regulate the people.
Solution is to form a government for the people by the people, and a constitution that will be the supreme law of the land and 3 separate but equal branches of government, who’s offices are held by the will of the people.
Oh wait that already exist. There is a reason the United States is the greatest country the world has ever seen. We simply need to go back to our roots.
This is what many groups start with from the outset.
Society 4.0 seems to mirror that idea, but is heavily influenced by ESG's and is allowed to continue by government because .... they are hooked up to their plans.
Voluntarism .... meaning an explicit expression of the will to cooperate and exchange value to mutual benefit. These are the basic premises of civil law/ common law if you will because without it: ownership / self-ownership mean nothing.
The definition of government is a geographical monopoly on the use of force.
To a degree. it is not so much a monopoly on force, but the correct authorization to pursue certain goals. And true, it is related to geographic considerations.
That’s kind of the goal. Eventually, some people will gather together into voluntary covenants, or communities that govern mostly by consent (even though democracy does not do so and is all that most of us know.)
The point is voluntary association. You can enter into a covenant and abide by their societal rules, but if those rules no longer agree with your values, you are more than welcome to leave at any time to join another covenant or even start your own. Any sort of government is entirely localized to small communities.
Yes of course, there will always be some kind of organization close to every locality. Understanding the limits of what freedom entails, and that fraud vitiates everything, it is easy to see how any sort of organization is limited in time and scope.
And yes, Nation States are a lot smaller and societies needs and therefor solutions are different.
There will always be people who dream of going to the stars, or operating a space telescope. There are ways to make that happen. All the amenities can easily be maintained correctly, the whole cycle from cradle to cradle of every type of product/ service can be maintained.
In a way this is exemplified by WOOFF. There are people who spent their holidays traveling from place to place on a shoestring using that infrastructure.

Should? It will lead to nothing as puerile as politics, it will lead to a world under God.

The philosophy of freedom is quite easy. https://yewtu.be/watch?v=muHg86Mys7I
Freshly Based does an interview with Ancap author Jack Lloyd, they go into some deep detail about voluntaryism.
Who keeps the street lights on?
Trust me, I hate government and regulation. It just seems as though any organizational structure will eventually evolve into a quasi government.
To a degree. it is not so much a monopoly on force, but the correct authorization to pursue certain goals. And true, it is related to geographic considerations.
Check out: Common law courts.
Then who breaks up monopolies?

Good question, watch the video and think about it.
If if an answer still eludes you: read the Declaration of Independence carefully till the end.
And then ask the question: who kept the light on by what means?
