I would say you don't understand what "drain the swamp" means. All draining the swamp does is reveal the swamp creatures. It removes the water from the swamp so all the creatures can be easily seen, they can no longer hide. It doesn't remove them. It shines a light on them. After the swamp is drained, the real fight begins.
Some memes I make more normie friendly to breadcrumb them towards quotes from drops. But I think you're kinda splitting hairs here.
