My hunch is the amount of people who will switch and vote Republican in the midterms will overwhelm even 2020 level cheating. It will be mathematically impossible for the Dems to dump enough ballots without it being too obvious to coverup.

The answer is NOTHING will be done about it by law enforcement (captured), government agencies (deep state) and the military (infiltrated).
