My comment, from another recent post, has the word "stable" used exactly four years ago today, making this a delta. Seems to me like a "Hold the line... the plan is in play" directive. (Just mho). Worth reading the Q-Post...

Search on "stable" yields: Q-Post #2468 four year delta November 10th, 2018.
