I don’t know fren, but this is the only one I know of that mentions the 10th. I always thought RED 3 was in reference to J6, when Pence and Pelosi were taken to secure locations. Maybe this is signaling we are now at RED 4.
Mark Milley and Lloyd Austin were both commanding officers in the 10th Mountain Division, and the Division is based at Fort Drum NY, where Pence gave his farewell speech to the troops before leaving office. It was also involved with the evacuation of Kabul last year.
