Not according to the rules in place when he was born. His mother stayed out of the country and fails the residency requirement. I wish I had the law in front of me to quote from.
On the other hand, his supposed real father was born in the US. Some say his mentor was his father. His mother posed for girly magazines published by the guy. This was way back when even ugly girls could get into girly magazines just by willing to pose naked.
I think the laws were different before he was born, where if one parent was a US citizen it didn't automatically make their kid a US citizen. It changed supposedly around the time he was born that if one parent is a US citizen then their child automatically is one as well.
