More likely that ballot harvesting drops in the weeks prior and the machine flips during were not enough, they felt they needed extra dumps of freshly printed ballots to ensure the win.
Also, while the jumps are interesting, the fact the votes are tracking identically afterwards is also something of note. How would random votes sample 50/50 that much?
