I believe that you should be able to shoot robbers. Call me crazy, but if you are seen running out of say home depot with a cart of stolen power tools, the security should have full legal authority to shoot ya in the legs. then kick ya in the face.

I 100% agree with you. If you are stealing or damaging another person’s business you get what is coming to you.

Retail and shoplifting thefts are up everywhere. Not just liberal areas. Both insurance and the law on the books dictates Store employees can’t stop people or they could face severe financial and legal penalties. Doubly so if the thief is injured in the process.
Since non-intervention became the standard. We’ve seen a corresponding increases in theft. And if you don’t have a license plate number. There’s not much the police are able to do. That’s presuming they are in an area where they have time to actually deal with it. And aren’t dealing with other more severe crimes.
The lax laws passed in liberal areas only really mean that they can drop all pretense of being stealthy about what and how much they’re stealing.

I think Target and all the other major retailers (controlled by woke elites) are all in on it. They will use this increase in theft (which was purposefully created by woke policies) as an excuse to store product in locked cases. This will give them an excuse to usher in some type of digital ID/mark of the beast type system and normies will actually be accepting of it and probably cheer it on because they will be tired of seeing people loot and pillage while paying higher prices due to the theft.
