This seems pretty generic. Special operations forces are specifically implemented for the most challenging problems, thatβs their job. Also, they are constantly working with allies.
That's exactly it...I Found it Interesting so made a normal post...One of the Mods Obviously also found it interesting so stickied it...I Don't understand people's obsession with what should be stickied or not...I go through as many posts as I can regardless if they have been stickied or not because lots of anons contribute all the time and plenty of these are very interesting....You cant sticky all of them and if you have noticed some don't stay up for a long time...they get replaced with new ones all the time....some people are retarded...even here..π
Does the woke and destructive Generals in the US Military realise that America doesnβt have Allies - just lackeys? Germany and France donβt trust them anymore. Many countries want the US Military gone from their borders. Do the American people realise that just a few days ago Zelensky wanted a peace treaty to start with Russia, but American warmongers said no. Americans need to understand that these warmongers want WW3. They (politicians) are desperate to keeping feeding the industrial war machine to keep them in power. Donβt take it from me - Listen to Colonel Douglas MacGregor. Unfortunately for the American people, the politicians and the likes of Milley keep poking the bear.
Grasping at straws... If we have 70,000 SOF (wildly guessing at that number) and only 5,000 are deployed overseas, then that would mean we have 65,000 deployed at home?
Wikipedia says 'over 70,000' so you're probably pretty close
Troops at home are garrisoned, so they wouldn't be doing any active operations. If they are, it would likely be humanitarian type stuff and they would fall under Posse Comitatus(sp?)
National Guard, however, can operate within the States if they have the right authorizations
I'm still trying to figure out what Defense Secretary (at the time), Chris Miller, meant when he thanked Pence for his assistance with "the most complex military operation ever."
Also, if Devolution is in force, many of the traditional rules for armed forces could potentially be suspended as we work through life with an occupying force.

Yeah, what power does a VP have? What do they do in general besides make visits to places to say "sup".
Since the consensus seems to be that this is practically a boilerplate circular to be expected in the season, it would be of interest for the poster to explicate why it is "fascinating." Maybe we are not seeing something?
That's actually a fascinating read. Thanks for sharing u/BasedCitizen ππ»
Because the British SOE set up the US OSS, it would have made it very easy to keep Pearl Harbor under wraps or coordinated, if indeed, Churchill (and Roosevelt?) would do anything to get the US into WWII. They needed something to get "the people" on board with it, as the US citizens were very much against getting involved in "Europe's War" again.
I don't understand this comment. Pearl Harbor occurred on 7 Dec 1941. The Office of Strategic Services was created on 20 Sept 1945, by which point we had been at war for about 11 months.
Roosevelt didn't need Churchill to get into WWII; he had already directed the U.S. Navy to conduct antisubmarine warfare from Oct 1941 onward. (My father had enlisted in the Navy by then, and those were their orders.) Agreed that FDR was avid to get into the war. The feeling at the time was that FDR was goading Japan into doing something, but the expectation was that the initial attack would be against the Philippines. Pearl Harbor was a surprise. (And the Philippines were attacked immediately following.)
I think I misconstrued the OSS with the precursor SSI. Here is the relevant part from BasedCitizen's link that led to my train of thought. Full disclosure, sometimes my trains fall off their tracks.
President Franklin D. Roosevelt was concerned about American intelligence deficiencies. On the suggestion of William Stephenson, the senior British intelligence officer in the western hemisphere, Roosevelt requested that William J. Donovan draft a plan for an intelligence service based on the British Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) and Special Operations Executive (SOE). After submitting his work, "Memorandum of Establishment of Service of Strategic Information", Colonel Donovan was appointed "coordinator of information" on July 11, 1941, heading the new organization known as the office of the Coordinator of Information (COI).
My main point is that US and British intelligence services were working very closely with each other before December 7, 1941.
The SCIF operators. I see what OP is saying. Trump and the military were in the SCIF room watching the 2020 election results in real time on Nov 3-4. What are the SCIF operators doing now??
It would be lower case if that were the case. Allies with an upper case has a specific meaning in a political-military context. It's just a completely normal holiday greeting from a higher-up mostly working off a template. It's a non-story either way, and means basically nothing.

Very generic. Not sure what contents gave OP the freedom boner here.
agreed.
u/purkiss80 might of thought it was interesting, not a big deal. He/she didn't sticky it.

And right now some are working with the Ukrainian Nazi Brigades. :-(
Exactly.
Not sure what's to celebrate/be excited about here.
Special forces! Yea what's so special about them? Besides killing third worlders in the last 70 years, helping dictators, and assisting nazis.
Very special indeed.
They are special, they ride in all the short vehicles.

Seen these before. Explain what is so fascinating.
The highlighted parts clearly. OP is hoping those special forces are working on behalf of Q
Not sure there is anything to read in to this.

2.1 President of the United States Senate
2.2 President of impeachment trials
2.3 President of electoral vote counts
2.4 Successor to the U.S. president
2.5 Acting president
3 Modern roles
3.1 Presidential advisor
3.2 Governing partner
3.3 Congressional liaison
3.4 Representative at events
Yes, this is the video I was looking for, do you have a link?
Not sure which video. This is copy pasted from wikpedia on what the roles of a VP are.
Seems pretty standard to me.
Ok.

Interesting symbol on the letter head.

Looks like you're over the target on this one Purkiss, as usual - Drawing fire. Good job.

Interesting. I trust they're working with Canadian patriots. We need all the help we can get! Thanks for posting.
NORAD
Nothing special here. Looks like a standard command letter.

Allies refers to their diversity and Inclusion comrades.
This is not a good sign. It just underlined the fact that there is a military-led Marxist coup underway

Staying on topic includes comments. Too much sliding; killing this whole thread.
