I just put a lovely beef stew in my crockpot on this chilly morning in Oklahoma. What are you having today??
Spaghetti here, in about 20 minutes. Got a weakness for that stuff. My goal is to die broke and out of shape, stuffed full of Italian food, glass of scotch in one hand, cigar in the other, with Frank Sinatra singing My Way in the background, and then I check out with a massive heart attack. Another alternative is Nat King Cole's Stardust.
What times dinner? That sounds great. My grandma made the best roast in cast iron pan.

We are having "NOT TURKEY", lol. The last of it was gone yesterday. Sweet Italian sausage with peppers and onions (home grown Pablanos, home grown garlic, ) in a sauce of crushed tomatos and tomato sauce, pasta, parmigiana cheese.

We started eating a low-carb. Not keto, just low-carb. It takes her a little longer to drop the weight, but it works great. They have all different types of wraps for food now that are low carb. I use them for everything. We don’t even eat bread anymore. I actually like it, I like it a lot. I still have a sweet tooth though, so I eat the Atkins desserts or candies, or whatever you wanna call them. They have a low net, carbs, and some of them have a high protein count as well. I just need one a day to soothe my sweet tooth , other than that, there’s so many great things that you can eat that are low carb, and I’m liking the way that we’re eating now I don’t always feel sick after eating a huge sandwich with all that bread. your living on nuts and berries, your setting a bad example, you have to be more careful. Just kidding, best to you, a good diet change helps clear the liver and kidneys and puts the body to rest from all its labor. Try fasting for 24 on just water, even the buckwheat will taste like ambrosia from the gods after a fast. its good to re-set.
Hope you have great success. If it were easy everyone would be skinny and fit. I need to get on a better food plan myself. I’ve tried making overnight oats and can’t take the texture. I know what to eat just gotta get the head on straight.

When my 3 boys clean out the pantry before grocery day, I tell them they can have some tree-bark soup and I point to the woods.

Still finishing off Thanksgiving leftovers here. I probably shouldn't have eaten the plate of questionably unfresh shrimp cocktail that sat out too long last week. 🤷♂️😞
Dinner at 6 maybe some fresh bread too. No bueno on the bad shrimp. My pupper is going to have her thanksgiving tonight. I cant do anymore turkey right now lol 🤢
